By placing an order on https://irisnatural.corpsc.com you accept these Terms and Conditions of Purchase from Iris Natural Cosmética. If you do not agree with any of the points below, please do not complete the purchase and contact us first to resolve any questions.
Orders are placed through the site's catalog and cart, providing contact details and a delivery address. The order is confirmed once you receive confirmation by WhatsApp or email, or when our team contacts you to coordinate delivery.
Prices are shown in Bolivianos (Bs) and include applicable taxes. Products are subject to stock availability: if an item in your order sells out before it is confirmed, we will let you know and offer a replacement or a refund for that item.
We accept cash on delivery and QR code payment at the time of confirming your order. Available options are shown at checkout.
Shipping is free within the 10th ring of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. For deliveries outside the 10th ring and to other departments of Bolivia, an additional fee of Bs. 17 applies. Delivery times are confirmed together with the order and may vary by area.
